Would RecommendGot a good grip, a lot of heft, easy to wield. This worked great for putting fence posts in the ground! It's durable and not too heavy. I weigh 140 lbs and I'm 5'6 and this 6lb mallet was perfect for the metal fence posts we were putting into the ground. They were about 2 1/2 feet deep into the ground. We were able to do 5 posts in about 30 mins with this tool.
