Would RecommendFirst time buyer of this type of drill bit and am very pleased. Used them today to put 4 screws to hold a placement fence for guide I am building for my cut off saw. The bit was sharp, easily adjusted to the correct depth and the screws sat perfect in the counter sink.

Would RecommendI bought this set for one particular job and have since found a dozen places where it works better than just a standard drill bit. The tapered drill is sharp, and I use it much like a step drill, but on a much tighter set of holes. It makes a breeze out of drilling starter holes in project boxes for electronics, for example.

Would Not Recommendterrible design drill bit is part to the drive part of the bit. should be like other set I have where drive part is attached to the countersink part and takes a regular drill bit that is replicable if you break it!! had the bit 2 days and broke a bit off, now junk!!!

Would Not Recommendthey broke within a couple days of using them. I have #9 screws, so I first used the #10 one. the drill part broke off the 2nd day after I bought these. so I thought okay I'll try the #8. that one shortly broke later in a different way! the stem for the hex separated. do not buy these!!

Would RecommendThe 3 pack is a much better value than buying these individually. I feel like they aren't the nicest bits, but they work well enough. There was a bit of friction burning happening when I used them, that wasn't happening with dewalt bits in the same wood.

Would Recommendgreat bits does the job of making a hole for the screw to go into flush but they only thing i don't like is they don't last very long. i used one of my other drill bits to finish my deck because the bits are to narrow at the top and break to easy.
