Would Not RecommendThere is too much weight in the handle and it makes this hammer harder to control. I about wore myself out framing with this one. Find a light handled hammer. A "balanced" hammer is not what you want. You want an eccentric sledge along the handle lever.

Great for removing tile floors

Face was dented and damaged after only 4 nails. Magnet barely holds. A hammer from dollar tree would last longer than this.

Good for removing carpet and installing flooring
Would RecommendLoved this hammer so much that I bought another. The sides of the hammer has slots to remove nails which is a common sight after removing carpet on the edges of a room. The nail remover on the back of hammers is too big to fit and remove nails that are this close to the wall which is why I love this hammers nail removing feature. Additionally, I personally like a square striking head when I’m installing lvp as it doesn’t roll as much from impact and feels nicer. Love it.
