KitchenAid for the win!

Worth every penny, the family loves the new fridge. Looks great because my toddlers fingerprints don’t stay on the fridge.

Very roomy

Ive had it only a couple of days, very happy with this purchase. I appreciate the ice maker on the door, extra room in the freezer. The measured water dispenser, nice plus. Nice features

Delivery disappointed

Refrigerator might turn out good but it was installed improperly and very sloppy. Everything inside was left taped down and removal of tape after crew left leaves sticky residue on inside of refrigerator and freezer. Water and ice were not hooked up, etc.. what did I pay for with the installation cost. Anyone can carry an appliance in the house. Now I can’t get any help.

Kitchen Aid is the way to go. Avoid LG

We bought this refrigerator as a replacement for our 6-year-old LG which required a major repair. So far, we love the refrigerator and it is working well. Nice layout of drawer and shelf space.

Great look and design

The design is elegant and polished. The inside looks stylish too, with very nice lighting set up and look. Its a beautiful unit

This unit was dropping ice in a three hours. The refrigerator interior was down to 30 in 2.5 hours. The lighting is top shelf. Very satisfied.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am disappointed that the only high shelf where I can keep pitchers is at the top of the refrigerator. This makes it harder to put them in and take them out. I am also unhappy that the size is smaller than the last counter depth side-by-side refrigerator was. I don't see the need for the pull out shelf that has a wooden edge. This seems to give less room and means the high shelf is near the top. I also wish that there were two drawers in the f...

Organization/size

We purchased this KitchenAid side by side to replace our 8 year old KitchenAid, which we were pleased with except for the constant ice maker issues. We didn’t realize that KitchenAid had downsized the unit making the freezer and refrigerator much smaller. Ice cubes are even smaller so they melt faster. My wife is totally unsatisfied, I may end up buying something different.

Terrible Service and Kitchen Aid Product

I bought this product 2 weeks ago. Since then 2 shelves have broken and when calling your customer service I received no assistance other than a transfer to Kitchen Aid. Essentially wiped your hands clean. Kitchen Aid would not help me due to not having a serial number available which I was not at home and could not give. This is the worst service I could imagine getting and lesson learned about purchasing from Lowe’s
