KitchenAid refrigerator

Huge huge huge! Lots of space! Three drawbacks: not enough lighting; non adjustable shelves; door and drawer handles (outside) attract fingerprints so they look dirty all the time.

So much storage!

This is beautiful . We needed the color Black slate that another brand discontinued. This matches perfectly! It has so much ORGANIZED storage! The bottom freezer is not like digging through an endless hole! The deli drawer is convenient with 4 temperature controls. The max cool and Max freeze features are good in hot Texas upon delivery. We do have a teeny tiny defect in the finish that appears to be a factory defect. We will get it checked out.

Ice maker does not work

The installers took the doors off and something got broken when the reinstalled the doors. Ice maker does not dispense ice cubes and the door does not fully close.

Had delivery of refrigerator on Friday, 9/25/26 and so far no problem. The delivery serviceman, Devon, was very good and so was his partner but I didn't get his name. Just want to add that Flash Appliance Repair, Alix Franco, who came to diagnosis my other refrigerator, was excellent.

More expensive than quality Frig

Freezer is dark, ice maker is very loud, doors don't stay open

Love this fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great fridge ! Only negative is that you really have to check and make sure both doors close all the way. Right side door has a tendency to not fully close. Other than that, the fridge is beautiful and keeps everything nice and cold

I do wish the spacing of the shelves were a little more thought out. It’s hard to fit anything like milk or other tall items. We had to remove a shelf to fit these larger items. The ice and water maker work great!

very slow water flow,

It takes a full minute to fill a glass. The ice maker is very slow not filling the small ben in 24 hours. otherwise very nice.
