Toast after 3 Wks

Stopped cooling + freezing 3wks after purchase. Still waiting for the manufacturer-certified repair tech after several days' wait and a cancellation earlier today. Save your groceries and steer clear, y'all!

Amazing Upgrade

My husband and I spent weeks researching what the best fridge would be for our family, as we had simply outgrown our old Kenmore. Very disappointed.

The refrigerator is fine except the freezer light could be much brighter. Our issue was in how it was delivered. First off it was not delivered the day it was scheduled for. The truck broke down it happens. We received a call at 9:50 PM to tell us they were not going to make it and I would need to call to reschedule. So when the fridge actually arrived, my wife was out of town and I did not fully inspect it. It was scratched in a few places. When my wife called the store to complain the manager...

Keeps the food happy!

So far everything is great! Let’s hope it performs well in the long run. I like the size of the refrigerator and the freezer storage is very good, easy to get items in and out.

Very Nice Fridge

Had this about 3 weeks. Replaced a 16 yo fridge because the ice maker finally went. Love how you can set the temps in both areas. Ice maker creates a ton of ice. Fridge is very roomy in all areas and just fantastic being able to shove a ton of stuff into it. Shelves are solid. Only thing I’m potentially worried about is the produce bins. Great fridge

I have had this for 1 1/2 weeks and I am very happy with it. Eric the salesman was excellent and a joy to work with. The 2 guys that delivered and set up the fridge were also very attentive and respectful.

Should have bought this 7 years ago!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted the KitchenAid when we ultimately bought another Samsung. And again the Samsung failed early on. I love KitchenAid products and have a lot of them. Now I finally have the fridge. The ice make in the freezer keeps pumping out a ton of ice, the freezer has a lot of room and the water is inside the wall in the fridge. It has a LOT LESS components to fail and doesn't have separate flex zones that fail individually and cost a ton to fix...

Love it

We've got all KitchenAid appliances so when our old fridge was showing signs of needing to be replaced we went looking. I've got to say this fridge is a huge improvement. It's got tons of storage, no space wasted on those drawers that I absolutely hated in my previous fridge, and the water dispenser is inside. It's absolutely perfect.

There was a dent on the front of the unit. The team delivering the unit said he would annotate it on the documents and i would be contacted by Lowes.

Kitchenaid Refrigerator

This Kitchenaid was purchased to replace a Whirlpool Gold refrigerator. The Kitchenaid is larger but has one less drawer for convienent storage. Our experience with Lowes sales and delivery was very good. The salesman printed details on 4 models so we could decide on the best one for us.
