Perfect fit

Replaced a fridge that was not counter depth... like this so much more!

Ice maker stopped working after 2 weeks

Ice maker stopped working after only two weeks after delivery.

Failure from start to finish.

The delivery crew failed at getting the appliance to where it needed to be. They failed at removing my old appliance from the kitchen, severely damaging my house. Total failure of an experience. This was weeks ago. I am on phone call number 27 in trying to not only have a refund, but get my house fixed.

Nice refrigerator but two main complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice refrigerator however two main complaints. It does not make enough ice! Very slow to make ice. Also the Control settings Location for temperature you can constantly hit when you open and close the refrigerator door which makes the temperature change. I have tried multiple times to lock it with no success. If I knew this prior, I would not have bought this refrigerator.

High-end fridge, inside and out

This fridge has a sleek look and fits nicely in our space and with our other appliances. The wood accented drawer makes the interior of the fridge look higher end. Hoping to see great things

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Replaced our 20yr old KitchenAid with a new model in February and have enjoyed the new features. Up until this past weekend when it stopped dispensing water, cooling and freezing. Only thing happening now is it lights up when you open it. It’s been 5 days and still waiting for warranty service. Really hoping this isn’t the new standard for a formally great brand.

Nice but some initial issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The refrigerator works well however the icemaker broke within the first month. They did repair it so it's working again now . The unit cools properly and works well otherwise. The water dispenser works well too. Plenty of space even with being counter depth which is nice.

wish to give 0 stars after 16 days

Do not buy along with any other Whirlpool product. Does not last even a month. After 16 days motor is constantly running. Now have to wait on a technician to diagnose and then longer to hopefully fix.

New line took a long time for parts

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we have the refrigerator approximately 3 months for the ice maker stopped working. it was a complete failure and we needed to order a new part. because the refrigerator is so new because the refrigerator is so new, took over a month to arrive. so with our new fridge we were reliant on our old fridge to give us ice. additionally on the side of the door it's very easy to change modes to the Sabbath mode, and this turns off all function and lights...

It is difficult to buy appliances nowadays, because it seems like none of them have a 5 start review rating and some have really bad individual negative reviews. Very happy with my purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I really like this fridge freezer. Plenty of space in the fridge, sleek looking, keeps a good steady temperature. Some hidden storage features. The freezer is a little on the small side, but we make it work. The salad and vegetable drawers roll in and out easily. The demo in the store was not so great at that and I was a little worried. It’s easy to use the water feature Inside the door. Overall, a great little unit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new refrigerator! I was worried about storage and space inside but it is so SPACIOUS! I can’t fill it up! The lighting is so modern and allows you to see EVERYTHING inside. I also enjoy the water dispenser on the inside. Thos aspect gives a clean look on the outside with the convenience of a water dispenser on the inside! It’s a great product.
