Do not buy this refrigerator if you want an ice maker. The ice maker has broken 3 times. Kitchen aid changes the ice maker due to numerous problems. The latest update broke within 2 weeks. Incredibly frustrated with kitchen aid.

nice looking refrigerator and I like the inside warter dispenser. unfortunately the ice maker stopped working after 3 weeks. it will be months to get the parts because it's a new model. bummed in Seattle

Great fridge!
Would RecommendLove this fridge! So beautiful inside with lots of space. I love the water dispenser in the fridge instead of the outside. I also love the ice maker in the drawer. Handles on outside of fridge are great.

Gorgeous, but smaller than it looks
Would Not RecommendThe refrigerator is gorgeous, but it holds much less food than the same size unit it replaced. We are trying to get used to the new configuration as the shelves a doors are not as flexible.

Wish I didn't buy
Would Not RecommendI would not buy this fridge again. Purchased in March. Ice Maker broke in June. Covered under warranty but the appt was 2 weeks out. Then they had to order a new ice maker, took another 2 weeks. No Ice for a month. 3 months later valve seal broke, what pours the water. We didn't have ice for another month. Month later the ice maker broke again. Haven't had ice for about half the time we've had our "new" fridge. Do not buy.

Stopped working after 1 week
Would Not RecommendPurchased - 9/13/2026 Delivered - 9/15/2026 Stopped working completely - 9/23/2026 (7 days from delivery) No show Technician appointment - 9/28 (scheduled between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM) 2nd attempt with technician MAYBE 10/15/2026 Very frustrated. No help from service company. Right now would never buy Kitchen Aid or related brands again. And never buy from Lowes as they only have a 48 hour return/exchange policy.
