Broke twice Assurant waranty dissapointing.

This microwave broke twice. Same problem in less than 2 years. My review is for this product breaking twice with the same problem and the Lowe's Protection Plus. The warranty company is Assurant. This is the email I sent them after they told me that they would not repair my microwave but they would send me a voucher for what I paid for it plus tax. User documentation could be better

First, the interior is black - why? It's just dark and makes seeing spills harder. I received the "Owner's Manual" from the installer. Great microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave is the cadillac of all microwaves. I can't think of a thing it doesn't do good. Foods are heated evenly and quicker than expected. Sometimes i'm not sure if it's working because it is so quiet. We are still getting used to all the different Options that are available. The size is also perfect , since nothing moves. Ventilation is loud on high but that would be expected for good circulation. Low is very quiet. The unit fits great...

Kitchenaid Built-In Microwave.

We just had this installed. Love that it is flush to the cupboards and not overhanging our gas stone. Learning to enter time needed for cook or timer on the inside, and then the door needds to be closed to push Start, but just a learning curve. It seems to cook well even without a turn-table.

Very Disappointing

The touchpad is arrayed so that it is very easy to accidentally hit “fan” or “light” when opening/closing the door. It is then necessary to go through each setting—slowly—to turn off the fan or light function. Conversely, when the cook time is up, it is necessary to press “stop/cancel” to get the screen back to its normal reading. Mediocre

Great sleek look

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works great, has good down lights , and good exhaust fan. The sleek view is great. But the capacity is awesome, I can fit two plates, and I love the fact that it does not have that annoying rotating plate others have. It heats eavenly too.

New and different / Nice upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very nice microwave (With no turn table) and still heats evenly. Looked small inside but i have had no issues all of our cookware firs fine. Love the easy control this is the first microwave that I have used the Preset settings so much ( power level, 1 minute,5 minute, quick time buttons. Easy-to-use time and power settings. Looks very nice in our kitchen.

Best looking microwave I’ve seen

Uneven cooking

However, this microwave works better than any previous microwave that had a turntable! Love the quick 30 second, 1 minute and 5 minute timing buttons on the exterior of the unit. I have been very pleased with its performance.
