Super quiet and dishes bone dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the 3rd shelf and how it shoots water up into the cups and mugs even on the top shelf. It is super quiet. Way more quiet than I had hoped for. It's slower but that's no big deal and is part of why it is so efficient. Also love how the door pops open at the end of the cycle to let the steam escape. Dishes are bone dry when I put them away first thing in th3 morning.

Total Dishwasher

From the quiet operation, interior lighting, great cleaning, economical choice drying and great easy loading capacity does not disappoint! Don’t forget no fingerprints door!

Everything is awesome but no water bottle cleaners

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cleans great, dishes are dry and spotless when I use the ProDry setting. It's very quiet and I love that it can automatically open the door to let steam out and allow the dishes to extra dry when it is done with a cycle. My last dishwasher did not compare, but I do miss having the special sprayers for water bottles. I have a lot of water bottles and I don't think it gets all the way in there. There may be an extra part you can get or something...

Fantastic cleaning and drying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall i’m very happy with my purchase. I love the three racks. My only issue is the bottom rack does not hold my big dinner plates up straight. They tend to top over and lean to the right. On the other hand, everything is cleaned well and I can fit a lot of dishes and cutlery and utensils in it. It dries pretty well too. Although my mugs still have wet pools in the bottom when they are upside down.

The amount of plastic on this machine compared to the one I pulled out which was a KitchenAid from 17 or 18 years ago was really astonishing. Cleans below average when it works, now wont drain

Where do I even begin... I'll start with the Pros! This dishwasher looks great! I love the juniper green and it looks great in my kitchen. That's where the good things end. I have had this unit for about 4 months and have had nothing but issues. When it was new, it would run great, very quiet, but also it had quite long cycle times. A normal pro wash and pro dry cycle would take upwards of 3 hours to complete... My old Bosch and viking could do it in 2. The most upsetting part though, after 3 ho...

Failed after 8 months

It worked well while it lasted, but it died after 8 months. Now waiting over 2 months with no resolution on warranty repair. The repair company contracted by whirlpool is unable to get parts delivered. Whirlpool has no record of the service. Do not buy from Whirlpool or KitchenAid.

Along with the clean dry dishes ❤️ It took a little reading to figure out which setting to use and the silverware slot is too narrow for some of my silverware but the top shelf fits them nicely! Love it!

Impeccable Cleaning & Drying

Capacity increased with new third rack option and interior lighting helpful on cloudy days. Dishes and plasticware are always dry and noise is barely perceptable if one is standing directly in front of machine. We’ve used machine only one week thus far but very happy with purchase.

Design flaws

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is great except for 2 things. The silverware basket slides from front to back by 3 inches. Older models had a small auxiliary basket that fit in front of the main basket. I bought one online to cure this design flaw. The door is sharp on the left and right sides. Then when the load is finished, the door pops open leaving a sharp edge at hand level. This flaw has gashed my wife's hand.

Excellent High End Dishwasher

It’s extremely quiet, too. I like the ability to see the control panel content even when the door is closed. Always been a KitchenAid fan and this appliance nails it.
