2 years on, this is a lemon

2 years of use and we are getting a Bosch. Two pumps, heating element had to be replaced. Bad design caused other problems with screen and water level sensor. We had to remove the dishwasher and tilt it to make the sensor work again after routinely stopping then restarting the machine. I had no problem with the machine initially, it just ages prematurely.

Quiet dishwasher that does the job

We have only had this dishwasher for a few weeks but it is much quieter than our last one and it cleans better. We like the third rack.

So Quiet, Large Capacity, Drys Great

This Kitchen Aid dishwasher replaced my old one. It's very quiet, excellent drying, and the normal cycle is much faster than prior model, running at just 2 hours when I choose DryPro setting. Large capacity as it has a 3rd top shelf for cups, glasses and small items. Cleans dishes so well. Happy thus far!!!

Ugly and cheap looking

I love a KitchenAid dishwasher. However, I’m very disappointed with the look of this alleged stainless steel. It does not look like stainless steel. It looks like a cheap Gray metal finish. It doesn’t match any of the other stainless steel in my kitchen. It is much darker in color. I’m very disappointed that it now looks like a cheap eyesore in the middle of my kitchen. Quiet and fast!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with my new DW. It is extremely quiet. Also it is amazing how short the wash cycle is. Normal cycle is over in about 1-1/2 hrs.

Rack system deficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only complaint is the rack system which is not as user friendly and designed as optimally for dish and utensil placement as the Bosch dishwasher I replaced. Tines and too far apart within the entire dishwasher. Some distances are good, but there needs to be some closer placement of tines elsewhere. Utensil bins on bottom rack and top rack could be designed much better. See Bosch.

Couldn't be more satisfied!

VERY QUIET!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the top rack, however, it does take away from second and bottom rack spacing. Cleans and dries well. Love the "open door" feature when finished. LED lighting should be standard on all bottom racks as it is hard to see down there. Biggest complaint is how fast the bottom rack slides out. Can be dangerous. Needs to have some safety feature. Easy to clean with proper dishwasher cleaners. VERY QUIET! Have to check to make sure it is on!

Top of the Line

Fond of the dishwasher
