Quality doesn't match the price

Dishwasher failing after only 3 years. Control panel buttons intermittently not working and now throwing error codes with pump failing. Wouldn't recommend!

Completely Broke in less than 3 years

This dishwasher was bought in October 2023 and broke in July 2026. A repairman came out 3 times to attempt to fix it and on the third visit he told us that it is unable to be fixed. He said that he could not even run a diagnostic on it and believes it is some sort of electrical issue. When you pay close to $1500 for a dishwasher you expect it to last longer than three years. I actually really liked the dishwasher - it was pretty quiet, had a useable third rack, and dried very well. Unfort...

Moving on to a different brand

Constant problems with this model. E4 F8 errors, spilling hot water across the kitchens floors causing damage to the kitchen. I could only imagine how much damage there would be if we were not home. We have spent more on repairs then the unit cost. Time to find a different brand. I am sad and disappointed it has come to this!

Failed after 3.5 years

After 3.5 years device wont start. Technician came. Replaced control board. Still wont start. Now ordering some pump for it. Repairs and parts may cost more than original price. This is overpriced junk

Quiet, Efficient and Attractive

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very impressed with this dishwasher...It was so quiet that I honestly thought it wasn't working the first time I used it. Dishes are crystal clean every time...Absolutely the best dishwasher I've ever owned by far.

Never Buying Kitchenaid Again

We paid four-figures for our KitchenAid dishwasher with the theory that we were getting better quality and longer life. It developed a leak after 18 months, 6 months past the end of the meager 1 year warranty. The cost of repair is half the cost of the unit, about the price of an average dish washer. PIECE OF CRAP

Biggest piece of junk. Dishwasher will not finish a cycle without beeping and stopping mid way through. I cannot get it to finish a load.

Cleans good and very quiet

Purchased Feb of 2022. After 4 years of use, which it has been working great, I noticed several spots on the wire racks that are rusted and making the coating peel off. I went with kitchenaid hoping the quality would be superior to other brands. The operation of the dishwasher is great but never expected the racks to start rusting already.

Problem with door finish

We put this dishwasher in our new house and have been happy with how the dishwasher works. However, after the protective plastic coating was removed, a streaked residue was left. I've tried several non-abrasive products to remove it like alcohol, vinegar, and Goo Gone. None have worked! Help!

Good Dishwasher

I especially like the 3rd rack which is deep enough for bowls and not only silverware. I have said consistently that this is the best dishwasher I have ever had. (The old one is now nearly 6 years old with no problem.(

Does what it is supposed to do!

Leaks and leaves cloudy film

Cleaning was somewhat OK, but quickly discovered our dishes started showing a film on them after we started using the new dishwasher (had it looked at and no one could find a problem). Then 6 months after manufacturer warranty expired we discovered the dishwasher had started leaking causing our wood floors to warp. The dishwasher only lasted about 2 years before we had to have it replaced.

Cleans the dishes, but. . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] While the dishes are clean and dry, the lower rack doesn't stay out, the tines in the lower rack are in weird places making it difficult to fit items in. The very top rack doesn't hold much and the middle rack also has tines in strange places. Frankly, I miss my old dishwasher made by another manufacturer! I also don't like the silverware basket. The covers should flip up not slide off.

Excellent dishwasher

Love the Top Rack

When the installer arrived, removed our broken dishwasher and was preparing the new dishwasher, he noticed that three MAJOR parts were completely missing.
