Great purchase

This dishwasher is everything I hoped for. It’s quiet, good looking, has a great capacity and cleans great. I love the feature where it pops open when dry.

Really love dishwasher. I had ordered a different one and it got lost so Lowe’s helped me find one close to what I wanted and it works wonderfully

Much more capacity than my old one. Much quieter than my old one. Stainless steel look matches well with my other appliances very happy

Great product so far

Great dishwasher- it was a bit high at 850, but it definitely performs. Wish my dishwasher had died during the Labor Day weekend.

This dishwasher is great! Very quiet and the dishes get very clean. It's almost too big for two people. Happy with this purchase.

Stopped working after 1 month, replacement part is back ordered up to 2 months! Horrible experience!

Broke Very Quickly

Bought the dishwasher in March of 2026. By August it was broken with a burned oout inline fuse and a bad control board. The warrantly process is pretty bad, as it is taking about a month to get the replacement parts from Whirlpool. Loved the dishwasher at first, but I am getting tired of washing dishes by hand.

It is very quiet.

Leaked out of the box

The dishwasher leaked upon installation and had to file a warranty claim after 1st use. 30 days later and it's still not working. Kitchenaid required a repair service call and the entire tub had to be replaced. They're service company is terrible - stretched drain tube/clamp which required a 3rd service call and damaged my cabinet during the repair process. Will not be purchasing kitchenaid appliance again.

Best dishwasher I've ever bought

I love this dishwasher. The door pops open after it is done to dry out the dishes and the inside. With previous dishwashers I had a mold problem because of all the moisture inside. Not with this one. I also like the 3rd tray on top for small utensils or plastic ware. Pricey but worth it.

Initial Problem, Finally Resolved

Our first Kitchen aid dishwasher had a leak between the top and sides of the stainless steel after 5 weeks. It was replaced with a new one. The dishwasher itself is fine and the features are competitive with the other brands in the same price category. What sold us on this model vs. other brands was the spacing of the basket tines. They are wider and will accept larger rimmed bowls. We had issues with a previous Samsung model and makes loading inefficient. Lowes installation service, Crume, was...
