Product fine install delay with no communications.
Have not had an opportunity to use the dishwasher yet due to installation issues (delay by install company). Yet got Lowe’s emails indicating our install was complete yet it wasn’t. Which there was better communications between install company Lowe’s and customer. Took three extra days to get install completed. Purchased on June 26th install finally happened on July 6. Frustrated to say the least.

Would RecommendBought this dishwasher June 15, was delivered June 24. So far it is working fine. My complaint is the price. I paid $799., two weeks later it was priced $699. If I knew this I would have waited two weeks to buy it. I guess my advice would be to always ask if the item in front of you is going on sale in the near future before putting your money down.
Kitchen Aid is a top-notch machine.
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are extremely impressed with the normal wash cycle in that it cleans very well. Also, the express cycle works great except maybe the silverware does not always come out clean. This is our first dishwasher and we love it.

Would Not RecommendThis is not a luxury dishwasher. The KitchenAid I had 10 years ago had far superior build quality. Doubt this will last. Parts that you can't evaluate in the store due to it being in a display are all made with very thin plastic and the installation wrap seem pointless it's so flimsy and thin. I have yet to run it, can't install as they don't include the basic parts to hook up to your water line.
