What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the faucet for its stylish gunmetal gray and brushed brass gold finishes that complement modern kitchens. Reviewers highlight the smooth pull-down sprayer, responsive handle with springy return, and hands-free sensor operation as game-changers for daily use. Many appreciate the strong spray modes and easy installation completed in under an hour. Customers express surprise at the solid, well-machined build quality for the price, comparing it favorably to expensive brands. A few report minor issues with the plastic spray mode selector button, but overall satisfaction remains exceptionally high.

Would Not RecommendNice faucet but could be better. The control box is in an awkward position and not enough hose to move out of the way of the weight. Also the touch shutoff closure is rather abrupt and caused some water hammer. Finish is great.

Well worth the price
Would RecommendI purchased the Karran KKF215ORB from Lowe's. I was skeptical of the quality compared to the big name brands, but I am pleasantly surprised with the ease of installation, operation, and quality of this kitchen faucet. Removal of the old faucet and installation of this faucet was only about 1 hour. If you are on the fence, I highly suggest that you give this faucet some consideration. I have not needed to contact Karran support, so I cannot write about a positive or negative experience.

Sensor lasted 2 days
Would Not RecommendSensor worked for 2 days. Then the red led would flash when, but no water flowed. Turned switch to bypass the sensor so we could use the sink, and when I received text that our plumber was in route I turned sensor back on and it started working again. It worked the rest of the day, then when we got up this morning it would not work again. Thinking we will probably send faucet back for a refund and purchase a Delta or Kohler.

Kitchen faucet noise
Would RecommendNice faucet. Only thing is it make a little whining sound at certain positions of the handle positions. Mostly in the hot water position.

High quality faucet that looks classy
Would RecommendI love this faucet. I'd been wanting a more professional grade faucet with the hands free on/off. I was looking for a oiled bronze color to match the rest of my fixtures around the house. I was so happy to find this one. Its looks really nice in my kitchen and the hands free features keep it clean and save money. I would highly recommend this faucet for anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen sink!

Very pleased
Would RecommendSo far I’m happy with how it looks. The touches pieces pretty good, but sometimes it’s very sensitive with the on/off.

Excellent Faucet
Great faucet just one issue which is minor. The faucet has to be on for the touchless to work.
