It was supposed to have been assembled, but it was not. And I have had a lot of problems with assembling it myself; I'm still not done.

I went to Lowes store today cause it said it was ready for pick up. The, cart had free assembly. They told me that no carts were assembled yet. They came to the pick up area with a broken box. I'm very disappointed with the information I received in line and at the pick up area. I did not pick up the broken box that was offered to me
