Open ear
I have a hard time with in ear earbuds bc my inner ears are small and get infected easily. But I can't wear over the ear headphones all the time but being adhd and autistic I have music or audio or calls through headphones at all times. I've tried several cheap brands like these but they would hurt my ears quickly or would be dead not work at all after a few weeks. These fit perfectly and sound is great but I can hear around me and listen for my son who's also audhd and we are headphones ppl.

They're light, they easily fit around my ear lobes without digging in or feeling uncomfortable. They pair to my phone easily and the app is straightforward, I can customise the controls and access eq settings easily. The sound is exceptionally clear, not a lot of low end, even when compared to the open earbuds I've owned in the past but I'd rather have a well rounded sound that lasts over time then earbuds that overstretch themselves and wear out within months.
