What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the exceptional sound quality, outstanding comfort, and unique open-ear design that allows awareness of surroundings during sports and daily activities. The lightweight, secure fit stays in place without pressure or irritation, and reviewers consistently describe them as the most comfortable earbuds they've owned. Setup is simple and intuitive with a user-friendly app. A few users report isolated Bluetooth pairing issues or low volume, but these concerns are vastly outweighed by strong overall satisfaction.

Worked fine until recently. Case stopped charging. Earbuds don't connect when removed from case. Must connect manually.

New battery case is working
My epic open sport battery case stopped working/stopped charging my headphones. This is the only way to charge the headphones. My very happy that JLab sent a replacement. It has only been 2 days but the new case and earphones are working well. So far, so good

Underwhelming so far
Seem a little undersized. Guess we'll see. Maybe flex form ear fins for sturdiness.

Good-value on-ear earbuds
I'd been looking for an alternative to in-ear headphones and these have really impressed me with their sound quality - making listening to podcasts/audiobooks easy without blocking out surroundings. I've used for outdoor runs and in the gym and they work really well. My only negative feedback is the lack of colour options - would have loved alternatives. Overall, though, a really good-value pair of earphones.
