I purchased and was going to install myself. Was having some problems with install and went back to store to buy installation. Was told I had to return disposal and get a refund. Then purchase another and then buy the install. Decided to suffer through finishing the install myself.

Would Not RecommendBought this almost 2 years ago to the date but it has failed to work before its two year mark. Disappointed with the product. Last garbage disposal we had lasted nearly 8 years. This one is garbage literally.

Would Not RecommendWe bought this unit a couple of months ago to replace the previous model that we had purchased approximately 10 years ago. My rating for the previous one would be all 5 stars especially for how quiet it was. You could hardly hear it run for years. This new one is hardly quieter than a $75.00 badger unit. It is not nearly as big around, so probably a reason the sound quality is poorer. People used to be surprised how quiet the previous on was. No longer Deeply disappointed that the quality...
