Would RecommendThis is our third Hunter fan and the design and build quality is great. Make a note that the blue line powers the light and the black line powers the fan.
Terrible Quality
This fan worked for 2 weeks and then completely stopped working. I had a generic big-bos store clearance fan for 20 years that worked fine. I wanted to upgrade to something with better style and supposedly better quality. Fan was professionally installed be a licensed electrician. He came back to look at it and said the issue is something internally in the fan. Giant waste of money.

Would Not RecommendThis fan appears to be well made, but if you need to install it without a light kit, good luck. The instructions refer you to a website on how to install it without the light, but you won't find a link on that website on how to do it. I was able to figure it out, but it wasn't easy. Also, I had to call support on an unrelated issue and was given the runaround. Was also able to overcome this issue, so the light is installed (and works well), but not without problems.
