I bought 4 60” fans with 3 foot extension rods to replace 4 thirty year old 52 inch Hunter Sea Air fans on 2 foot rods. I finally have the CFM that I’ve needed.

No Airflow

This fan looks great but does not move air well.

Looks great suboptimal performance for outdoor fan

The fan was picked because it on paper it outperform peers in moving air. Not performing to expectations. The syncing of two fans with one control/switch takes several tries and connecting and reconnecting the wires. there is no instructions on the manual on how to do it. You have to call the service line.

Well worth the money.

Great fan for covered porch. Puts out massive air, cooling the whole patio at 90 degree temperature. Highly recommend this hunter fan.

Dead

After standing on a ladder in 95 degree weather hanging this thing, it dead. Apparently a bad remote receiver in the unit that is not user replaceable. So now I'm waiting for the replacement unit from Hunter - and I'll have to remove the bad unit, repack for them, and send it back. This was a brand new unit and it's dead. And I'm going to have to R&R this and take the time to ship it back. My time is worth far more than the value of this fan. If I could give zero stars I would.

6 blades makes all the difference

We purchased this 60” white fan (no light) to replace the 52” 4 blade fan in our screen porch that just wasn’t moving enough air. Wow! This one really does the job! With multiple speeds it’s perfect - and so quiet!!! Blends right into the white ceiling - but is very nice looking. Remote Connected to Power Yet Needs Batteries

This is insane. It makes sense to add battery CAPABILITY to the remote to be cut in to old work. But a REQUIREMENT? It literally has power flowing through it! Yet MUST have batteries and be removed from the wall occasionally to change them? It bothers me that any company would think this is a good idea. This fan costs $500-ish. Yet Hunter wants to make me disassemble my wall annually so they can omit a $1 circuit to run the remote without batteries from POWER THAT IS ALREADY INSIDE IT. ...

Low airflow, need breaker off to change batteries

I was surprised my fan came with a wired remote instead of a handheld one in the box as that’s what the picture looked like to me. I didn’t really see this prominently on the product page when I bought it either and was frustrated that I would now have to spend time wiring another thing with no guarantee it could even fit in my already crowded switch box. Very stylish quality modern fan

It is damp rated for covered outdoor areas. I am using this in my garage. I have higher ceilings in my garage and this fan alone helps push the hot air out and really circulate the air. Beautiful and whisper quiet!

The 60-inch fan fits perfectly out there. But great thing about it is that you can use it inside the home too! It works great, fast airflow. It cools very quickly and quietly.
