Disappointed - fan speeds are too slow

The fan speeds are the slowest I've even seen for a ceiling fan. Low is barely moving, medium is what would normally be low, and high is noisy. Hunter usually has great fans. Wish I had gone with another brand. Do not recommend this one.

Hunter ceiling fan

The fan was well-designed and assembled easily. The only design flaw I see is that the chain for the fan unit does not feed through the light housing properly. Either the wrong light globe was provided, or they really missed this design point. The fan chain must go outside the light globe, and it rubs against the globe. Not a good design.

Hunter is best quality .

Haven’t had this install yet. So I saw this Fan at my Brother’s house and it updated the living area and was so quiet. At my previous new home had all Hunter ceiling fans installed due to quality durability and quietness of fan.

Glass cover broken when opened.

I did curbside pickup and the gentleman loaded. When I took it out heard rattling sound. Took down old fan opened box to install new one and the glass shade was in pieces. That explains the noise. Didn't return because needed to install new fan. Was able to use glass from old fan. Highly disappointed that someone would sell it knowing there was rattling sound that something was wrong.

Good fan, terrible installation instructions

The ceiling fan was purchased to replace our 20 yr old Hunter fan. Like everything made today, quality is a little less. It’s still a really quiet fan. I would definitely purchase it again. The installation instructions are terrible. It’s crammed on one page with a crowded diagram. We’ve installed other ceiling fans so we did okay but decent instructions should be provided. That’s the reason for the one star reduction.

Lovely Ceiling Fan

Nice looking ceiling fan and globe and what a great price! I had four globes on my last living room fan, one I've had since I moved in this house in 1987, and I so much like the one globe better. Gives off plenty of light for my needs. I would definitely buy again.

Hunter Ceiling Fans

Bought two of these fans for our bedrooms and am very happy with them. Stylish, super quiet and well-built. Expect to get years of use out of them.

It arrived very damaged.
