Ratings & Reviews for Hunter Crossfield 54-in Brushed Nickel Downrod or Flush Mount Ceiling Fan With Light Chain

Poorlighting

Very dim lighting because of the frosted glasscover

Fan is good. Previous one was quieter however.

I liked this product because I think there was a glitch on the website and was able to purchase for $55.00. It also looks nice in my bedroom.

Broke in 30 days

I'm hoping this is an easy fix, but this fan was installed in October and broken by Thanksgiving.

Excellent Quality; Difficult Installation.

This fan is leaps and bounds from my Harbor Breeze fan I had that only lasted less than a year and a half. It has a great build quality, nice warm lighting, and very cool fan speeds. The only knock it has is the installation is a bit difficult. You will definitely need two people for the install. Overall great fan!

Not quiet enough for a bedroom

If this is in an office or living room, I'm sure it will be fine. But it has a distance whoo-whoo-whoo-whoo sound that would drive me crazy trying to get to sleep. I'm fine with a fan sound, but it has to be a constant white noise. This isn't quiet enough.

Amazing price for fan well worth it

Absolutely stunning fan and pushing so much air!! We love it in our bedroom

Lights flicker constantly when turned on.

I am going to have to uninstall this fan and return it to Lowes due to a defective light kit. Another user already stated this, but installing the light kit is complicated by the fact that the mounting screws are inside the electrical compartment. this means that you are trying to thread a screw through a hole that you can't see while standing on a ladder and trying to not drop the screw as you manage your way around a tangle of wires. It didn't take as long as some people reported, but it al...

Great fan but not an easy installation

Love the fan but very difficult assembly especially attaching the light kit to the fan

install is not like any other I've done but does l

not a good fan for an easy install.

Great product for the money

Easy install, quality product, excellent speed.

54" fan

It's close to the wall. It was easy to install. The breeze it blows is great!

Didficult Installation

The most difficult installation I've ever had with a ceiling fan, mainly the installation of the light kit. It's nearly impossible and takes more time then the whole rest of install up to that step. My suggestion is to stay away from this fan unless you want to get aggravated.

Don’t buy this fan

I have installed 50+ ceiling fans and this is the most difficult to install that I’ve ever seen. The screw holes for the light assembly to attach to the fan motor is impossible to access because it is located inside the wiring compartment of the light kit. Poor design.
