Chain Issues

This product was purchased and installed indoor of a residential home. Horrible

They way the pull chain for the fan weaves through the light makes it nearly impossible to turn the fan on. The chain comes out of the main body of the fan, feeds through an eyelet on the light, then through an eyelet on the stem then through the end piece that holds the shade on. And these are not all in a line, they make the chain go through different angles. poor aasembly

Client bought 2 types of Hunter fans. Will not purchase or install these ever again. Other brand fans do not require so much assembly and are much easier to install. The rubber gomets are absolutely the worse design i have ever seen. Whats wrong with a rubber washer instead of waisting time to install something tbaf should come already installed if rhe company can’t come with a better design.

Pleased with fan only negative and that is my fault is that it does have a remote. Note I like it better one less remote to keep track of. Very quiet has 3 fan speeds

Best Fan Ever for Texas

Installed these a couple of months ago, and the weather has gone from high 70's to the 20's in that time. They have a very low setting that is perfect for cold weather to keep the air moving, yet not cool the house. Go with a 60" if you have the space!

Our ceiling fan was literally falling down due to incorrect installation of previous owners. My husband installed this today & it moves air quite well! We are happy with our purchase. It was also easy to install considering it's a ceiling fan.

Quiet Comfortable Breeze

This ceiling fan has elegant lines and is whisper quiet as advertised. This is the second one I've purchased and I love it!

I didn't have to do any balancing of the blades, it is very quiet at all speeds, Installation went smoothly.

SECOND REPLACEMENT

I PURCHASED FIVE OF THESE IN JULY 2017; ONE IN MY OFFICE WAS REPLACED IN JANUARY 2020 (IT JUST STOPPED WORKING). THIS ONE, PURCHASED IN SEPTEMBER 2020, IS AREPLACEMENT **AGAIN** BECAUSE IT NO LONGER WORKED ON *HIGH* AND IT MADE AN IRRITATING NOISE - CLUNK CLUNK CLUNK - AS THE FAN TURNED. I WANT TO KEEP ALL THE CEILING FANS IN THIS HOUSE THE SAME, SO I AM STUCK CONTINUALLY ORDERING THE SAME MODEL, IN HOPES THAT *ONE* OF THEM WILL CONTINUE TO WORK FOR A FEW YEARS.

Great product, Moves air, Quiet

As the others have mentioned, this fan dose what it is supposed to do in moving air around and it is very quiet. The only down side are the installation instructions. Many parts that are not identified in the instructions. Bags are not marked to link to the instructions and I have parts left over that I don't know where they go or what function they had in this product. Instructions are poorly marked for the inexperienced homeowner who wants to install this themselves.

Disappointing fan, terrible service

This fan came recommended. I purchased it, hired an electrician to install it and was incredibly disappointed. Even on the highest setting it didn't put out as much air as the smaller fan I replaced it with. I contacted Hunter and was floored at the lack of customer service. Their response was basically I needed a new fan. I expected so much more from a highly recommended company and such an expensive fan. I'll be purchasing a Harbor Breeze fan.

Terrible fan for every day use.

If you want a fan that'll last for 3years this is the fan for you! The motor went out twice in the time of having it in my living room along with the panel peeling off of the blades (which I don't even know how that happens. Very disappointed in this item esp w the money i spent thinking it would be a good ceiling fan/light for my living room.

Wobbles and makes noise on high fan setting

We paid a professional electrician to come over and install two of these in our home. He tried balancing both units. Could not get rid of the wobble or the motor noise. We will be returning these.
