What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this printer for sharp, clear black-and-white output and exceptional reliability, with many calling it a dependable workhorse. Setup is consistently described as straightforward and intuitive, with the touch screen and wireless configuration working seamlessly out of the box. The automatic document feeder and double-sided scanning capabilities impress most users. However, some report recurring scanning issues including paper jams and incomplete multi-page scans, while a few experience connectivity problems with certain operating systems. Despite these drawbacks, the vast majority consider it a solid, trustworthy choice for home and small office use.

Would RecommendThis printer does every-thing that I needed. I'm glad I went with the two-sided document scanning and printing. The envelope feed tray and glass flat-bed is a bonus. My personnel set-up was straight forward with the free HP downloads.
