What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the spacious interior, quiet operation, and excellent value. Most highlight generous storage in both compartments, door shelves that accommodate gallon containers, and movable shelving that simplifies organization. Many emphasize the outstanding affordability combined with modern aesthetics and reliable cooling between 42-45°F. However, some report serious cooling failures or defects requiring repair. A few mention wire shelves instead of glass and the absence of a built-in ice maker. Overall, most customers consider it an exceptional value despite occasional quality control issues.

Adaptable Light Has Been Great!
Would RecommendI bought this after my last fridge starting leaking water and aside from getting the job done there are some really nice features. Mainly I really like that the light in it starts dim and gradually brightens allowing for it it not to blind you right when you open it at night. The inside also look really sleep and roomy.

Gift
Would RecommendBought this as a gift for my in-laws, so far they say they’ve loved it. I know after receiving it we changed the door to swing the other way, which wasn’t too bad to do. After finishing and plugging it in it seemed to be ice cold in about an hour, and they haven’t said anything bad about the cooling. So for me, well worth it.

Manufacturer knows there is an issue
Would Not RecommendI had this fridge less than 2 hours and noticed the interior light was not working. It took me a week to reach Hisense to schedule a repair that took another week to show up. They were very nice and told me changing out the LED would not fixe the issue because the plastic hub that sticks out to hit the button to activate and turn off the interior light was not long enough to reach the button and wasn't coming into contact with it. A simple fix with a 3D printer would fix the issue but instead...
