Great Customer Service
My experience with Lowe's at first was disjointed. My delivery was wrong where I received the wrong item. I called on the day of delivery and Alex picked up the phone. He sent the correct item to me but it was damaged so I returned it the next day. I forgot the customer service clerk's name but she was helpful and spunky. She helped me unload the item from my car.
