store is horrible

i picked up my item and it was put in the back of the truck. when i got home, i find that the item box was open and the bottom of the item was dirty one wheel missing they gave me an open item box that was not working. The associate was rude she threw my items in the cab of the truck. but the box was cut open. she could clearly see this. i will never buy another item from lowes

Effective!

The dehumidifier works effectively. I live in a very humid climate. I've noticed a difference in the air in my upstairs.

Powerful little fella

Quiet and works perfectly. I have this in my bedroom and its quiet, more importantly is it works great. The midea brand i had before would take weeks to fill up thevsame size tank but this little guy filled up its tank in 2 days! Couldnt be happier

Lost all faith in Lowes Practices

I can't really rate this item because the item arrived in a box with no bottom. When opened, the cord was not wrapped and was filthy dirty and there were dog and cat hairs in the filter. I had purchased this item for my daughter and her family and was thoroughly embarrassed by the quality of item delivered to her. I nor my daughter will ever purchase anything from Lowes again, Buyer beware!

All good on this one very easy to dump the water out. Love it. Works real well.

Junk

Do not waste your money. After 10 months, the pump failed, now it will not run with the hose draining it. I had one before that lasted a couple years. This one didn't even make a year! Very unhappy.

Make sure you know some clearance return 48 hr.

Excellent price, works well for Florida humidity.

It’s a good size for basement den.

So far it is functioning properly. I like the size of machine and the collection bucket. I would prefer the bottom of the collection bucket was level when removed for emptying.

Nearly three years of use and still going strong

This dehumidifier is efficient, but a bit loud. It quickly removes humidity from the air. The included wheels allow for easy movement from room to room. My husband rinses out the water collection container periodically with a water hose to rinse away mineral buildup. The dehumidifier has an empty bucket light and automatic shutoff to let you know when it’s full if you’re not using a drain hose. It also lets you know when to clean the filter. Came with a crack in it.

This unit was shipped to me, and arrived with a very sizeable crack in the wall behind where the bucket sits. The box showed up undamaged and the rest of the unit was unscathed, which tells me this unit shipped as-is, crack and all. Don't think I'm buying Hisense again if this is the quality I can expect.
