Customer service
Went in for a drill bit. Asked for help 2 xs finally had to get the manager. When I worked there you had to follow that customer all over the store until they had every question answered. What happened to customer service in that store. The Live Oak FL Lowe’s.

Individual that helped me find the item was very helpful. In fact she came over after directing me to the isle and helped me find the correct size. I didn’t get her name but I was impressed with her customer service.
