Worked as designed.
Would RecommendSolved a problem. Used the wing nuts to secure a ceiling light. I had to install thread rod into an electrical box to extend the screw length because of the thickness of the light. 9mm, 4.5" screws are not manufactured.
Verify thread count before purchasing.
