Great feel in the hand

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Knife has a nice heft to it and handle very comfortable. The slight rounding of the makes it easy to roll the knife. Razor sharp edge

sharp but rust in a short time

was pleased with the sharpness of the knife but started noticing rust spots on the blade after just a month of use, and handle is not that comfort, and the knife is a little bit heavy; i contacted the team but was told to clean the rust by baking soda, it may solve the problem but i am just disappointed, i can't tell difference between this knife and other cheaper ones

Solid Knife

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife, as with my other Henckels Classic knives, is a solid everyday knife for a variety if uses. It maintains a fairly sharp edge and looks and feels good to use. Very happy with this purchase.

Best Knives I’ve Ever Owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m a casual cook at best but have gone through many knives in my lifetime. This is by far my favorite and the best knife I’ve ever owned. It’s perfectly balanced, comfortable to use and retains its edge well. I will only buy Henckels knives from now on!

Just Tried It!

Great 7” Santoku!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the package, this thing is very sharp! Be very careful when removing it from the package. That being said, it’s a great knife that maintains its edge and has a nice satin finish. Food doesn’t stick to the blade making cutting veggies and meats easier. The knife has a full tang and the handle has a nice and comfortable grip. The blade doesn’t wobble and had a nice hefty feel to it. Over all, great knife. I’d recommend this to anyone...

Light & Sharp
