Versatile and comfortable
Would RecommendLove Henckel knives and this completes my set I've had for over 30 years. Love the feel and versatility of this knife

Would RecommendSharp and sturdy. Very sturdy. Balanced well. I’m not a knife guru but this is a very nice knife. I had some Amazon knives my wife bought and this is farrr better. Handle fits in my hand just right. And I love the non stick grooves.

Great slicer
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife was one of the sharpest ones I’ve ever had out of the box. I used it for Christmas dinner and realized how well balanced it is in comparison to all my other knives. Overall this is an awesome knife! My only complaint would be after using it for dinner it lost some of the super sharpness it had at the beginning.

Great Inexpensive Knife
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been looking for a solid everyday knife that won’t break the bank. So far we are both pleased with our purchase! The knife itself feels very well constructed and sharp. I myself have small hands, so my one reservation is that the handle is a both longer than I’d like but this is also my first Santoku style knife. Overall, it’s a good bang for your buck.
