Beautiful fan, fits perfectly in our living room, very quiet and moves a ton of air. Took a bit to assemble but well worth it

This is the second one we have bought and we love it… it however slightly challenging to set up… that said, it works great.

Would give zero stars

Don't buy this trash. If you lose the remote you have NO WAY TO CONTROL THE FAN which is awesome hanging fifteen feet in the air. They also don't sell replacement remotes (maybe they do, mine has been "processing" for over a month now with zero communication.) They also use the same model numbers year after year but with remotes that transmit on different frequencies. How is this not a criminal enterprise?!?!?

Don't Buy This Fan (especially from Lowe's!)

We installed this fan last week. While we were away, the glass light cover fell off and shattered. Lowe's couldn't care less. Basically told me I have a $350 fan without light cover and to deal with it. I'm disappointed in what I thought would be a beautiful fan, and I'm really disappointed in Lowe's Customer Service.

In Love!!

So very happy!! The dimming option is nice, as is the remote. It is so very quiet, and love the reverse setting is on the remote. We usually only use the 1 setting in the living room since it moves so much air, even on the lowest setting! The one in the bedroom is only set to 2-3, even though we both sleep hot. Really wish we would have bought them much sooner!!

Cannot replace remote

This fan looks and works great until you lose the remote (and you will). There is no way to replace it. No universal remotes work and Lowes does not provide replacements. Now I have a very nice-looking ceiling fan that can't be turned on, and I'm going to have to throw it away. An enormous waste of money.

Absolutely beautiful and quiet

Finally got the fan installed in my bedroom and it is much more beautiful in person. It has a remote control that controls the light, airflow and speed. Its pretty big doesn't hang too low and very quiet. The light is LED and really bright. Planning on buying another one for the living room.

Receiver doesn’t fit in bracket

The receiver does not fit into mounting bracket due to wires coming up through hanging rod. This is a defect in manufacturing and do not recommend this product.

Purchased a few months ago. Have not had it installed yet so will update once installed. Have bought this brand before and was always have with the product.

Great Fan - install tip

Purchased to replace an older fan/light that had 2 wall switches, this Henderson fan/light needs to be installed off a single non-dimming switch, the neutral wire from the wall switch goes to the remote control box, the manf. instructions do not make it clear to only use 1 on/off switch in wall.
