We got to enjoy the fan for 8 months, but it has now started to have a ticking sound. We do not like at all.

It was all good, until it wasn't

Easy install, looks great, great features, the it went out. First the fan stopped working, but the lights worked. Then the lights stopped working. I verified the outlet and switch worked and provided power. I hooked up the old fixture and it worked as well. It was cheaper just to replace it.

Great till it hit the 6 month mark

We love the fans but after 6 months they now have a ticking sound and idk what to even do about it. So annoying.

EXCELLENT FAN & LOOKS GREAT

Stylish fan and is perfect for a spare bedroom. And the Remote is great for adjusting fan and light. Also, very quiet while operating. Good value for the Pricing.

Modern Ceiling Fan w/ LED /light Upgrade

An fantastic upgrade from older incandescent fan/light to a modern look with adjustable LED light and a snappy remote. I have installed several of these, but not this brand before. This one was very easy to install and Instructions were easy to follow. Installed in about 90 minutes, including taking old fan out. The Salesman and the Installer were top notch. Very professional. Lowe’s itself was not very good. Shipping was off. Customer service over the phone was terrible.

Easy as pie

This fan was one of the simplest to assemble. Very quiet and well balanced. Love the remote easy to operate.

Easy install/Nice perks

Installation is a breeze. The mounting bracket has a hook to hang the fan, so you can be hands free while doing the wiring. The color/temperature of the light as well as the brightness is adjusted by holding down buttons on the remote while the fan cycles through the options. That's a bit weird but it does otherwise reduce the number of buttons you'd need to get the same functionality. The added step-away and the away-from-home features are really nice perks.

Living room fan

I have had this for about two weeks and it’s perfect. The fan is quiet, the reversible blades are nice. Pretty quick install .

Terrible lighting

Fan works great to circulate air but at night the lighting is just weird and doesn’t cast light around the room like it should it seems to only cast light downward

Its a fan... it blows. Not just at one boring constant rate either. Oh, No! This bad boy has 3 speeds of whirly, hold on to your toupee goodness. And the light works too! Turn any dark room into a beautiful illuminated space.

Harbor Breeze

I bought this fan in March 2026 it stopped working 8/8/26 and Lowe’s wont take it back because it’s more than 90 days. I paid a lot of money for this fan for it to just stop working. The other fans I purchased from Lowe’s on the same date as this purchase continue to work. Next time I’ll buy the fan at Costco because if it breaks I know Costco will allow me to exchange it.
