I’ve only used it for two days and so far so good. It matches the reviews and seems worth the money

First Time!
Just brewed our first pot of coffee - easy to operate and a delicious success. We bought this Model because our Niece has one and loves it. B & M

Rusted heating plate
My coffeemaker is 9 months old but has a deteriorating heating plate. I thought it was dried coffee from a spill but it is actually rust. There needs to a better protective layer because rust can cause the coffeemaker to overheat.

Love this coffee maker!
I really love the trio feature of this coffee maker. I purchased one for my workplace a couple years ago and just bought one for my home. Super flexible to brew a carafe, a cup with a reusable filter for grounds, or K-Cup options. I love it!

Not sure about it
I brought one a few years back & it always over flowed the grounds into the pot. Sent it back & brought the flex brew, which i loved (brought 2). Well my 2nd one just went out so went to buy again & got the flex brew trio buy mistake, so I willing to give it another shot & so far no over flow. I love the extra water tank for the k-cups. 3 pots in & no grounds in the pot so yes I like it. Brew fast.

Great dual mode machine
After several kuerig machines bought this model in 2021. Worked every day for those years mainly multi k cup filter basket and k cup use and it finally quite working. Bought a new one same model same day. Great value and performance

So happy!
I had an older model of the same coffee maker. Unfortunately, the single serve water sensor went out and I could not use that side. I was very happy to find this newer model, which has a large water reservoir for the single serve side.

New Design
This is my second FlexBrew from Hamilton Beach and I absolutely love the new design. Coffee brews faster and the clear water tank helps keep things clean and efficient.

Very susceptible to power outages
Had one with the stainless carafe for less than a year and after a power outage the single serve side stopped working. They replaced it and I plugged it into a surge suppressor this time. Had another power flicker and it did the same thing. The single serve side stopped functioning. I have tons of high tech equipment in my house that is never effected, but this low tech coffee pot can't handle a power flicker for some reason.
