What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the trimmer for its lightweight, maneuverable design that reduces fatigue and makes yard work easier, particularly compared to gas models. Many highlight its powerful performance despite the light weight, quiet fume-free operation, and convenient 2-in-1 trimmer and edger functionality. The cordless battery system receives strong approval, with reviewers noting sufficient runtime for small to medium yards on a single charge and quick recharging. A few users report issues with the auto-feed string mechanism and difficulty obtaining replacement spools. Overall, most customers consider it an excellent, convenient choice for typical yard maintenance.

Would Not RecommendI have been dealing with greenworks customer service because it works for 2 seconds then dies despite fully charged battery.

NOW...I LOVE TO TRIM MY YARD
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this to replace the 2 older ones we have and another I bought online, that were harder to use and hurt my back. This edger/trimmer has been the best purchase I have made this year! Easy to use, I love the features and the battery life is excellent. So worth the buy and recommendation is easy, mic drop!

Great power but line feed sucks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good power and run time. 5 stars there. Line feed is 1 star. Line drops to 2 inches without feeding. Absolutely horrible. I'd buy something else after experiencing it.

I Like the Innovation
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the innovation in this trimmer; wheels for the edge feature, pivoting head, and the alternative blade attachment. It did a great job trimming and edging my lawn. Also, it’s much lighter and less awkward to use than the gas powered trimmer it’s replacing. This is not my first Greenworks tool, I have several now. All in the 24 volt family. I intend to add more.

Love Greenworks Products
Would Recommend[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just received the String Trimmer and Edger. I tested it out. The Line Guard Comes out too far to my liking. I couldn't get up close enough to what needed Trimming for the String, so I removed the Line guard.
