Ratings & Reviews for Google Google Nest Wifi Pro- Wifi 6E Home Wifi System 802.11 A/B/G/N/Ac Smart Wireless Router

Super fast, but unusable in older home

[Employee of lowes] Set up was easy, but could not penetrate lath and plaster walls. Also did not to seem to recognize any smart devices other than the hubs themselves.

Works great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been making such a huge difference in our home. There used to be an area of our home that was impossible to get good service. Since setting this up we haven’t ran into any connectivity issues. It was super easy to setup and it’s easy to maintain. We plan to get another to further extend our WiFi.

Sleek design, increased wifi apeed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the sleek look and even better the added performance to home wifi system. Before adding the nest we recently experienced slower speed, since using the nest streaming, Alexa devices, and working from home has been all done simultaneously without suffering from slower speed. Definitely recommend adding if looking for a wifi boost!

Network supercharge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Prior using the google nest Wi-Fi pro, my internet connectivity and speed within my household was slow and mediocre. There are times that I need to unplug my router to fix the issue. The google nest Wi-Fi pro resolved all my issues with my connectivity. It was an easy setup and very smooth application to use on the phone when setting up unlike others I’ve used. During the couple weeks of usage, I discovered if I lost connection, the device itse...

Great coverage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is rated to cover 2200sq ft. That will cover most homes. This is not compatible with older versions of Google WiFi. To increase speeds it seems to limit speeds to devices not currently "active". Once you use an unactive device for a minute or two the router will provide full speed to it. You can set priority devices via the app to always get full speed and priority treatment. There are two ethernet ports, one for hooking up to your m...

Great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Google Nest wifi Pro is a big improvement over the typical rougher we’ve been using forever. We usually would have connection issues a lot due to bad signal and it was getting really annoying so we tried this and it works amazingly well! The signal is a lot better, things stream without a ton of buffering. Setup was simple and easy as well! This is a great product and I’m so happy we made the switch, highly recommended!!

Excellent control of configuration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my second generation of Wi-Fi mesh router and am absolutely loving it. Pros about the system is high consistent speed it creates and convenient guest access with phenomenal speed as well Set up for easier than expected and once plugged in app has complete access and control of my internet. With kids and multiple devices it is so easy to control what they watch and duration as well. Can’t miss the design ,it blends in well with the hom...

Faster internet finally

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We live in a world of wifi dependent products. Everything in my home seems to be smart products that rely on internet . We got the Nest Wifi Pro and it has been a life saver. The wifi extender was so easy to use and connect. Immediately we can see the wifi signals have gotten stronger. The speed increased too it seemed. This has been a must have item in our home!

Easy Setup

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Much needed item for our household with the constant streaming, gaming and web surfing. The setup was straight forward with the additional set to icloud account but overall the speed and not having to wait for loading to stream and most importantly the improvement of wifi access with everyone in the home connected at the same time! I can't express how much we love our setup.

Straightforward

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pretty easy setup and installation. Took about 15 minutes to get everything rolling, which isn't too bad. Glad I got it and I look forward to better signal throughout the house. Would recommend. Go get one.

Easy to connect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have xfinity service so this nest was very easy and self explanatory to connect to my already existing router. The separate nest wifi is very fast and definitely helps Me with my work at home job as it's very demanding. I have had no issues with lagging or loading time.

Frustrating

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pros: Reliable whole-home coverage Simple setup Matter support Cons: Disappointing performance Problems connecting to 6GHz Unintuitive Google Home app The Google Nest Wifi Pro is a slick-looking, well-priced package, but there are some serious teething problems.

Impressive!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have a couple of Google Nest products, and haven’t had one single complaint. In recent years, our WiFi has given some issues. Lots of buffering and slower speeds. So we decided to change things up, and got the Google Nest WiFi Pro. I’m so glad we did. I’m not really technologically inclined. Thankfully the Nest WiFi Pro makes it easy. The Google Home App walks you thru set up/installation, in a step by step process. Once ...

Power in a small package

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I start off by saying I always have had issues with my home Wi-Fi internet which is connected from the internet provider provided equipment. My devices would always lose connection speed or not be able to connect. I added the Nest Wi-Fi Pro directly connected to my network router and went thru the setup in the google home app. It was really easy to install and now all of my devices connect with ease to the Nest device. It has a strong Wi-Fi sig...

Two Thumbs Up

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had another Google router prior to receiving this and I will say the Nest Pro is a welcome upgrade. I absolutely love how minimal and aesthetically pleasing it looks. Setup was very easy (through the Google Home app) and the speed has been fast and consistent. One router covers 2200 sq ft and we have multiple devices connected and everything is running smoothly. My favorite feature is the option to prioritize a single device on your network,...

Needs work/bugs need to be fixed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This actually replaced my three original google wifi pucks. While i could have gotten away with just two of those, this is supposed to replace those units but the coverage is actually pretty spotty. My home is only 1300 sq feet and the devices that are further away are really struggling. I am hesitant to pick up another unit but at this point i will have to do that or move back to older versions. I seem to have to turn this on/off to fix proble...

Great device

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Nest WiFi Pro is an easy to use device even for someone who isn't very tech savvy. It has provided my home with better wifi than any router we've used yet and we've tried several. We kept having places where there was bad service but not anymore! This device reaches every corner of our two floors. No more waiting for shows to load! It's easy to set up and use the controls and everyone in the house is happy with it.

Go the distance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was very impressed with the range with Nest Wi-Fi pro offers. I had very spotty service by my bar in the backyard. Now with the Nest Wi-Fi Pro, I’m able to set up my speakers with no issues. Kids love the speed in offers. When kids don’t annoy the wife. Happy wife happy life. I would highly recommend getting a Nest Wi-Fi Pro. Pro— slick design, offers great speed, great distance ...

Better WiFi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have seen an improvement in our wifi since using this. My son is a gamer and his bedroom is in the basement so he didn't get the best wifi before this. He said he gets better pings now and can play his game a lot better without issues. The set up was easy too. I do wish the outlet was more simple in shape and didn't cover more than one plug.
