Excellent customer service and support.

I love the fan. It was easy to install. About a month and a half after installing the fan. A fan blade got broken off / damaged when a storm with high winds hit and the fan was on (my mistake). I needed to order replacement fan blades. I contacted Globe Electric customer support via email. Ryan was quick to respond and get me replacement blades sent immediately. Excellent customer service that exceeded my expectations.

Great fan

Love this fan, great air flow. Dimming light from bright to dim works wonderful. Plus, my granddaughters love the light changing, especially when watching a movie. Highly recommend. Was quite easy to install. The motor runs quite smoothly.

Love the fan. It was an easy install and connected easily to my Alexa and the app. It moves a lot of air and is esthetically pleasing

So happy with this purchase...no more darn chains, comes with a remote control... Will be back for more to replace in all of the rooms.

Stopped working/bad customer service

Hello. I had this professionally installed, and after 2 months it stopped turning off all the day - leaving a dim but noticeable light on 24/7. The customer service through Globe is non-existent- no one answers the phone or calls back.

Ceiling fan

This ceiling fan is nice, but it makes noise when it's turned down to 1 and 2 settings. I always have to run it on the high speeds.

Extremely noisy

This fan is nice looking but has a rattle at certain rpms. The longer used the louder the noise gets, after 3 months the noise is very loud and disturbs tv or conversation. I would not purchase this product again.

Noisy Junk!

This fan looks nice and moves a lot of air but its constantly making noises. Ticking clicking and clunking. Its awful! Look at other reviews, you will see this feedback several times, I recommend staying far away from this fan and this company as they don't acknowledge the issue, but blame it on installation.

We love these ceiling fans, the air they put out or move is amazing & the ability to change the color or adjust the brightness of the light is awesome!

Disappointed

Replaced a 13 year old fan with this one because the other just didn’t move air. This one MOVES AIR - which I love. But it’s noisy - there’s always some kind of a rattling noise no matter what the speed is. And we cannot get it connected to the app, which is also disappointing.

Casts dark shadows, hard to see

The fan is pretty, the features are cool, it blows great HOWEVER and it’s a big however, the LED light casts some super dark shadows and doesn’t feel bright enough. No lie I have to use a flash light to look in my drawers of black leggings to see which is which because It is hard to see details in such a dark shadowy light. I absolutely HATE the lighting. We just bought it, put it up and now I need to find another fan because of the light on this one. Even trying outfits on in the mirror is diff...

I purchased the fan two weeks ago; I arranged through the Lowes store to have it installed through a company called Thumbtack they told me they could not find anyone who wanted to install the fan. When I called customer service they said they could not assist me, and that I could either arrange for them to it up or I could return it to the store. I will be returning it to the store tomorrow

Terrible Product

Started to install the fan, and then realized we didn't have the hardware or the remote control holder. Lowe's gave us the hardware and holder from another unit. Went to continue with the installation, and the screws would not fit! Returning it and will not buy another product from this brand.
