No brainer!
I bought this product for the peace of mind it provides. It supplies my house and all out buildings and as i am almost 100% electric and on a well for water I felt I needed this kind of protection to be self reliant as opposed to needing help in an emergency situation whatever that situation.

Arrived damaged, no support
Would Not RecommendThe generator is damaged, the team at lowes refuses to replace unit, its a $9000 unit, and they refuse to deal with damaged item. Very disappointed The lid will.not latch, will not seal out weather, will not open.

Dead on arrival
1st unit would not work, and Generac would not stand behind the unit or repair it. The supplier had to replace at cost, and I had to eat the cost or try to repair the 1st one and the installation of the new one.
