THIS IS OUR 2ND GENERAC. WE'VE MOVED. THE NEW ONE IS NOT INSTALLED YET. THE PERSONAL STAFF AT MASSILLON MARKET PLACE WERE VERY GOOD FOR SETTING IP DELIVERY. THE TRUCK DRIVER. WAS ALSO VERY HELP FULL. LOOKING FORWARD TO GET IT INSTALED.

DIY'rs?...skip the inconvenience, don't wait!

Replaced name-brand, ng, 15kw mobile (shed/outside/stationary) machine w 26kw Generac. Unit was fine; not enough juice to carry both ac units @ same time. Generac resolved all issues: no going outside to start, easily carries full house load, can be run during storm, no periodic inspections during extended run times. Should've done this in the first place! Great machine w perfect financing (18 mo/no interest)!

Junk wish I would’ve went with a different company

L I bought this generator less than a month ago and it broke down within the first month installer keeps canceling my appointments to figure out what’s wrong.

Poor Product

Generator was installed and does not work. Installer is doing their part to troubleshoot. Extremely disappointed with the product, not the installer.

Faulty equipment

Generator has only operated for 107 hours and quit running. Very difficult to get warranty service.

Missing parts

I purchased this generator on July 12, 2026. It was delivered Aug 26, 2026. When the electrician went to install it, the key was not included in the box nor were there any instructions. I have been trying to get a key and instructions since August 28. I have been given the run around. I was instructed to contact the dealer and a local dealer/contractor in my area to get a key. Today, I asked to return it since I can't open it to have it installed. They said they would call me tomorrow with a pic...

Best Buy Ever!

Best buy we have ever made. A month and a half after it was installed, we had a big windstorm in Montana (in December). Power was out for 3 days, but our Generac generator started right up and kept running for 3 days, with NO problems at all. Kept us warm, kept the lights on, kept the hot tub hot. We could cook and go on with our daily lives with no hitch. It's a Godsend!

Fast Power Transfer

I finished installing generator a mouth ago. Pretty straightforward installation. I had my first outage during a storm last week. Generator started and transferred power within seconds. Very happy with quality and performance of my new generator system.

I have been wanting to purchase a whole home generator for some time. Finally bit the bullet an got a 26KW with transfer switch about a month ago. 2 days ago, 08/13/26, the power died for about 4hours. Unit kicked in flawlessly and handled central AC, stove and package AC unit with ease. I like the fact that natural gas is always ready to go when problems arise. Install was truly professional and exactly as promised. I'm a satisfied customer!
