Hopefull it’s a simple fix

I bought it a month ago, but it’s having issues, not sure yet what the problem is though, investigating this week?

Great Features

We bought a Generac 14kW Air-Cooled Standby Generator in October 2024. We live in the Country and with a lot of power failures this is why we purchased one 1️⃣. This was the best investment, no regrets!! If you are thinking of buying 1️⃣ you won’t regret it! We recommend it 100%!

Great idea, poor execution.

Upon installing, I generator, it would NOT run more than 5 seconds. It came from the factory with a defective control board, the "brains" of the device. Where is quality control? I found that the device vibrates A LOT during operation. Have you considered using a vibration damp system to reduce the whole unit from shaking itself to death?

Failure to Generac

Failed to start after instillation during first power outage with zero support from dealer or Generac. Very low expectations, just start when the power goes out. Those were not met. How else would I rate it?

Living up to it’s reputation

Bought 24K and transfer switch one year ago and had it installed by Generac vendor and haven’t hard to use it yet. Everything about works as it should as it test runs every two weeks as it should.

Great features and very reliable

Bought the unit over 2 months ago and is very quiet and efficient

No power, no problem

Purchased the Generac 26K with transfer switch in September 2026 and system is easy to operate and maintain. System is monitored by my service provider and system advises them if there is a problem with system. My Generac runs our house completely if power goes out. We opted for a in ground LP tank which is super nice and keeps yard looking good.

Happy with purchase

I bought this about a month ago and it work as described. It's a gest peace of mind just knowing the house is protected. Exercises every week as scheduled which is important. Also easy to monitor the unit thru the Mobile link

Great generator for the money.

I just bought it 3 weeks ago and completely satisfied with the generac all home generator.

Piece of mind

Purchased the generator two years ago and have no issues. Haven’t had to use it often but it is a great comfort knowing that we are protected considering the storms that pop up increasingly

I am extremely happy with my new generac product. It works beautifully.

No brainer!

I bought this product for the peace of mind it provides. It supplies my house and all out buildings and as i am almost 100% electric and on a well for water I felt I needed this kind of protection to be self reliant as opposed to needing help in an emergency situation whatever that situation.

Reliability

In all three homes I’ve owned. I’ve had a generic generator I can count on in case of emergencies.

Priceless

I bought this about five weeks ago and have been so happy with it because we’ve talked about it for years. Within those five weeks I’ve lost power twice one was very short. The second time was a little over four hours and that was an important day for us to have power and my Generac worked perfectly.
