Sad face

No drying cycle. Open door n lights come on … u have to cancel or it comes on it stays on Used pod and liquid dishwashing soap n it doesn’t de solve and it runs down the door Always wet inside after use … JUST NOT HAPPY WITH THIS APPLIANCE 🤷🏼‍♀️

Effective at cleaning but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher gets my dishes clean, especially compared to other small dishwashers. However, the design is subpar -- no drying cycle, and the cutlery section is sort of pathetic.

4 years of heavy use, still works flawlessly!

We had this 18" dishwasher for almost 4 years now of daily heavy use without any issues whatsoever. We have a smaller kitchen so this is a perfect size and we run it daily, sometimes more than once. It is very quiet and our dishes consistently come out clean using just a Cosco dishwasher tablet. I also love the minimal look by having top mounted controls. I would buy this washer again in a heartbeat if I had to.

Very quiet and washes very well for such a small appliance

Fire Hazard!

This dish wash never worked after many months of repairs the thing started smoking, repairman showed me where it started on fire. After like 40 hours of phone calls emails and service calls it just keeps going, the company refuses to do anything for me, No replacement and No money back, they are only worried about liability, zero customer care. I will never buy a GE product again, ever. I build houses for a living, if they would just replace the garbage with more of their garbage maybe I’d chanc...

Started on Fire!

After many repairs under warranty it started on fire!!! Don’t buy! Bad customer service, GE refuses to replace or refund. Look on YouTube for GE dishwasher Fires! Buy something else, bad company NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible phone support

I am replacing my old GE Profile appliances with new Profiles. Just installed a new Dishwasher. Great dishwasher but don't call GE for any help. You will be in an endless loop of automated questions over and over, literally impossible to ask a question or speak to a human being. I regret buying GE appliances. Not the company it used to be

Compact dishwasher

This is a perfect size for our ski house. Small enough to fit in our kitchen, large enough to take care of our daily needs.

Great appliance

Product faulty from factory

Didn't work from the first day. Ran the first load, didn't finish the cycle, had to use a shop vac to get rid of water that didn't drain properly. Took another month before the issue was diagnosed and a new drain pump was installed.

Terrible design flaws!

Dishes aren't dry at end of cycle and manual indicates that the owner must "Select Wash Temp - Boost," and the "Heavy Cycle" (even if it's a light load?) and then the owner has to immediately open the dishwasher door upon the appliance indicator light reading "clean."

Mighty mite

Super energy efficient, quiet, reliable, fits a lot of dishes for such a small appliance. My dishes are thoroughly cleaned every time. Really helpful machine

Awful features

GE Profile 18" dishwasher. I do not like this dishwasher except for the fact that it cleans the dishes well. The things I dislike the most are the racks, the silverware caddy and the fact that it does not have sound to know when the load is finished. It's very difficult to see which light is for what, so that doesn't help. The racks are awful for trying to maximize the number of dishes you can put in them. Way too many prongs for plates, so bowls or other odd sized dishes do not fit well. The si...

Great small dishwasher

Such an upgrade from my old, noisy, rotating-dial dishwasher! I barely hear it from the living room. Be sure to put a bit of dishwasher soap in the pre-wash pocket - it's vital for getting a great cleaning in any dishwasher.

Recommend

It’s smaller than a typical dishwasher but it’s fine for the two of us. It’s quiet and cleans well.
