I've installed a few dishwashers, but I wasn't ready for the absolute nightmare this thing put me through. I will be boxing it back up tomorrow and returning it. No more GE appliances for me.

Leaks don’t buy

Purchased first dishwasher it leaked was replaced by retailer second one leaks even worse like not just a little bit a lot. Must be a manufacturers defect. I’m gonna have this hauled away and buy a different brand.

AWFUL! DO NOT PURCHASE

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST PIECE OF CRAP I HAVE EVER OWNED. The lower sprayer bar has been replaced FOUR TIMES in 12 months. Now that it is out of warranty, I have to replace it again. For the price I paid for this dishwasher, there is NO reason that it should be breaking as much as it is.

Such A Quiet Dishwasher!

I replaced a 25-year old Kitchenaid dishwasher that had started to rust inside. Since I have. GE Profile kitchen, I decided to get a GE Profile dishwasher as well. I was so surprised at how quiet it is. In fact, I didn’t think it was running and had to put my ear close to the unit to make sure it was on! I am absolutely impressed at how well it cleans the dishes. On the normal setting only a few glasses were not completely dry, but otherwise, I love it!

Pro: Quiet, Negative: Configuration/Capacity

I'd give it 3.5 if that was an option. Coming from a KitchenAid that lasted 15 years we are not familiar with all the new features in a dishwasher. We also needed to replace it because it was not functional, so we wanted a quick delivery, and this was in stock. Great Quality

I wasn’t looking for a ton of bells and whistles when trying to find a new dishwasher. This one has just enough great features without overdoing it. It is very easy to use, always gets the dishes cleaned thoroughly, and has great quality. I would definitely recommend this product.

I am very disappointed with this dishwasher and would not recommend this particular model. Within a short period of ownership, we started experiencing multiple issues. The front door latch failed, causing the door not to close properly. We also had repeated water leakage from the front of the dishwasher, which was very frustrating and concerning. Nice dishwasher

So far I love it. It washes the dishes well and it has a separate cleaning sprayer for the silverware. It’s also quiet.

Excellent Product

Wow, my last GE dishwasher is 22 years old and still runs, but because we remodeled the kitchen we decided to get a new one. It is unbelievable how quiet it is. Super happy with the purchse.

Doesn't last long

The heating element has stopped working within 6 months of use. But it does run quietly.

Poor design

The racks are not designed very well will not hold bowls dishes, slide around this poor design and function.

Top rack and install

Replaced existing GE dishwasher - Door vent on it leaked dissolving rubber behind buttons-part no longer available - new vent seems better sealed. Replacement cleans silverware better. Top small rack (3) not being used. Install instructions had electric and plumbing installed after DW was screwed in under counter. Not enough space for tools and hands to make the connections. Had to pull it out 1/3 to get access. Not using WI-FI - sounded like GE would track usage.

If you use delay start, beware

My wife and I are very frustrated by this dishwasher's delay start feature. After starting a delay start, if the door is opened, you have to press the Start button again. Otherwise, the dishwasher will never start. This is a problem in a household where people are likely to forget to push Start after opening it, and we're sick of opening the dishwasher in the morning to find a load of dirty dishes.
