Overall a good unit.

Good Quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dishwasher does a great job cleaning all types of dishes I place in it. I have been able to fill it over a few days and not constantly feel like I am having to run the machine. I do feel like there tends to be pooled water on some of the surfaces that are flat, almost like they are not able to get fully dried.

Honest Review

We love the interior layout of the product, especially the silverware holder, which separates the utensils from one another to prevent nesting and increase cleanliness. The steam cycle and drying was recently used when we were under a boil water advisory. We felt comfortable that our dinnerware was adequately sanitized. The only downsides we see are the remaining moisture in the tub after the cycle has been completed, along with the noise produced during the washing cycle. All in, I’d recommend ...

Doesn’t dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly I do not like this dishwasher It consistently does not dry the dishes I load and wash after dinner so the next morning the dishes should be dry instead they are wet I use the cascade jet liquid as well but no luck.

Bottom sprayer loose

Our dishwashers bottom sprayer is really loose. It knocks each time it stops soraying

Smell

We are having someone come out and look at it because it stinks inside. We have tried everything but the smell will not go away. Smells like something dead.

Rubber Seal Not Working Properly – Water Leak

I recently purchased the GE® ENERGY STAR® Dishwasher (Model: GDT635HSRSS). While the cleaning performance is generally good, I have noticed an issue with the rubber door seal. During the wash cycle, water droplets are leaking from the left side of the machine, which indicates that the seal is not fitted or functioning properly. Dishwasher

The dishwasher works great. One suggestion: it would be nice if the door opened at the end of the wash cycle to release heat and moisture for faster drying.

Dishwasher could be better

The lower rack falls off all the time unless it’s loaded with a lot of dishes. Really lousy design.

Racks: Plenty of space to put pots and pans on the bottom rack. Holds a whole sink full of dishes. Cycles: Has plenty of options for delayed start, to only washing one rack, and includes a bottle wash station with dry boost to ensure everything dries well.
