So glad I bought this Working great

Broke down 2.5 years later.

Worked great the first year, the second we kept having to toggle between heavy and normal cycles to get it to wash properly. Now it has completely stopped working.

Clean dishes

Grateful to have automatic dishwashing again. Next time I might include installation. Thank you Lowes for prompt delivery.

Waste of Money

Don't waste your money. It takes 5 minutes just to try and start the dishwasher. Trying to change the settings-forget about it. You think wow maybe my hands are too wet, maybe my hands are too dry-it doesn't matter.

This was supposed to be a $800 dishwasher, NOT!

This thing sucks! Cheap, cheap, cheap. I hear bad things about Samsung but the last dishwasher I bought was that. Made of metal, quality, durable. From the cheap plastic door to the poor housing and noise. For the price I thought I was getting something equal. Very disappointed. Unfortunately I feel I'm stuck with it because I'm not pulling it out and returning. Will not buy GE again. Lesson learned

soap not dispensing

Overall it is a good dishwasher after the warranty expired the powdered soap is not dispensing.

Was great at first, not so much 1.5 years later

At first, when we bought this dishwasher in March of 2025, cleaning and drying capacity was great. Now it makes noises no matter how careful I am about loading dishes, and it only dries fully maybe 30% of the time. Sometimes, the detergent pod doesn't disintegrate (even with all the troubleshooting I have done according to the manual) therefore causing me to restart the cycle all over again. I am still trying to exhaust all troubleshooting but it is a big letdown after my purchase. I have never ...

Works great so far! Drying seems a bit limited as the dishes are still wet sometimes but overall no complaints. Cleans well and is quiet.

So many problems

By far the worst dishwasher I’ve ever owned. I’m fixing it about once every other month. Different parts always breaking and causing leaks. Do not buy this.

Cheaply made and last less than 2 years

Very cheap product which did not last without issue even two years. Disappointed and frustrated with the dishwasher.

Great unit; quiet and functional.

Terrible

Terrible product. Piece broken in less than 5 years. not made to last. Never worked as described, always stuck to start a cycle.

h20 sensor

H20 sensor has been replaced twice - such a disappointment . do not waste your money

Horrible Odor in between washes.

Our home came with the GE dishwasher and other appliances. This dishwasher is a little loud but does the job. The only complaint I have is that it does not drain well after every wash. Since some water sits in the bottom compartment where the filter is. It leaves a horrible odor between washes. We will definitely be looking for a possible replacement.

Cheap cheap

This dishwasher is very cheap. It's flimsy., didn't even come with enough clips for all the bottle jets. It doesn't dry dishes, even when it's got the dry boost on. You have to take the top rack out and move it up or down, which is inconvenient when it's half full and you need to put a bigger or taller piece in. .
