Bad Buy

lights don't work. It washes but all features don't like sanitize

Missing feature

This was a replacement thru an insurance co. It certainly didn’t mention that it has no heated dry. Only air dry. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

It about a 35 out of 100

Not happy about it being so noisy and not drying. I am use to dryed stuff in my dishwasher

The second time I ran a cycle the handle on the silverware basket came off when I was unloading the silverware. Not a good start. Our prior dishwasher was also a GE and had no problems. A feature our prior dishwasher had that I loved was a light that shined on the floor in front of the dishwasher when the cycle was complete.

Avoid this thing like the plague.

This dishwasher looks ok, although I never understood hiding the display under the counter where you can't see it. The capacity is tiny - everything feels cramped and I can't imagine that anyone would ever use the function to lower the top rack - things barely fit on the bottom rack with the top rack raised up. In short, this dishwasher is tiny, and if I wasn't stuck with low countertops, I would have chosen almost any other dishwasher. As for its washing abilities...the dishes come out clean...

New Dishwasher

Too soon to tell as I've never had a GE dishwasher. My former Whirlpool dishwasher lasted over 20 years. My new GE is very quiet and cleans well.

It is different!

I didn’t realize that the controls were completely hidden. It is ok though I guess I will get used to it.

Much needed dishwasher

This is still a new purchase but happy to have a dishwasher.

No thappy

[Employee of ge_appliances] I keep having a problem with hazy glasses coming out of the dishwasher. I’ve tried different soaps. I’ve made sure the water is hot. I tried different cycles, but it keeps happening.

Poor functioning dishwaher

I cannot believe how poorly functioning this machine is

I got a lemon

This dishwasher was installed 1,2,2026. On 1/29/2026 it stopped running and issued an error code. I contacted the company that did the installation. They recommended I contact my appliance insurance company who will not replace it as it is under warranty to GE

Buyer beware

The bottom rack has short & tall posts in different sections so your dishes get knocked around. No replacement/improved part is available. IF i had paid more attention to this rack I would not have purchased this dishwasher. I purchased rubber extenders for the shorter posts but it didn't help.

Poor design

The dishwasher interior is not designed well . It is difficult to load bowls and larger baking dishes . If you put down the adjustable prongs then you are losing space for dishes. . It also lacks a third rack for utensils , I am unhappy with this purchase .

Great feature

Very nice dishwasher, quite and efficent, like the sanitization feature

No Dry cycle

Disappointed that there is t a dry cycle. The condensation drying process as described by GE doesn’t work well at all. Have to open door and pull out racks and leave to air dry for a few hours. Not a fan of this process. Otherwise, cleans fine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dishwasher is the worst, the capacity is small and this dishwasher hasn’t worked right since a few months after buying it. It shuts itself off beeps and has a code over and over again. It doesn’t clean very well and the silverware caddy is in a bad position so that the the door to the soap won’t open if certain items are placed in the compartment closest to the left side. Worst dishwasher I’ve ever had.

Sleek look, lacking in areas

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the sleek outside look, however find the inside of dishwasher too small, particularly with height. My standard dishes wont fit if the top shelf is on lower rung. Also the top water spout is attached and does not spin like my other dishwashers. I also wish there was a some type of indication of when the cycle is done, but without opening, there is no way of knowing
