Like the thickness and adhesion
Bought this for a customer project to ensure a good weatherproof seal I needed something thick that would stand up to sunlight here in Florida with excellent adhesion- something that would stick to just about anything and keep the water out. Tried this instead of silicone, and after using it yesterday will definitely use it again.

I bought this yesterday. It will NOT come thru the caulk gun it is do stiff. You cannot get it to smooth out out. You cannot get it off your hands. Very bad product. Waste of money and don't know how I will get this mess cleaned.up.

Would RecommendThis pro grade sealant worked perfectly to reseal around the doors and windows in my 1970's house. Product is too difficult to dispense.
Would Not RecommendThe product is very difficult to dispense. It required using both hands to dispense from the cartridge and getting the caulk to flow smoothly where siding meets the trim boards was nearly impossible. I had to move the caulking gun back and forth to get enough caulk to fill the voids and then the caulk had to be "tooled" which isn't needed if the product flows properly.

Hybrid Version, solvent cleanup
Would RecommendI am a long-time, decades, user of GE Silicone Caulk. I am hoping this hybrid version is even more durable, more flexible long-term, no cracks, etc. Being as it is a solvent clean-up product, I do not recommend the usual finger smoothing. Oddly, both tubes seemed to initially flow slow but then, without further opening the nozzle, flow faster later. I looked for an expiration date but didn't readily find one so I am not sure about that odd issue. The product smoothes fairly easily; to me, it is ...
