Horrible
Would Not RecommendI purchased this product with a 3-year warranty, and just as the warranty period was about to expire, the motherboard began malfunctioning. A technician replaced it at that time, but shortly after the warranty ended, the same issue occurred again. I was informed that there was nothing either party could do about it. Interestingly, my mother experienced the same issue with her unit after only two years.

Would Not RecommendWe had this dishwasher and the pump broke within four years of installation. The components are very flimsy, one of the wheels broke within a year. We have never had a dishwasher last less than four years. Absolutely ridiculous. Bad quality!

Caught fire 1 year after purchasing
Would Not RecommendCaught fire mid cycle! Purchased new Feb 2023, and it caught fire Nov 2024 MID CYCLE. Lowe’s has a 1 year limited warranty, so they won’t do anything to make this purchase right. $600 down the drain. Don’t waste your money!

Great garage Freezer

Almost Perfect But Not Quite
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have another almost identical unit in another house that’s almost 15 years old under the name Magic Chef . It’s at least 15 years and still ticking strong. The only problem with both these units is the door seal on freezer. After shutting fridge door, you have to make sure the freezer door doesn’t go slightly open or it will start to thaw or frost over.
