Our Samsung suffered a compressor failure in July of last year. So we purchased this Frigidaire after seeing the positive reviews. We get it in, and install the water line for the ice maker. In the 13 months we have owned the fridge, we have had to have 8 service calls for the ice maker alone because it would stop working. We followed everything Frigidaire recommends to keep it from happening and nothing helps. They even replaced the ice maker itself last month and it still doesn’t function ...

I like the refrigerator but, when I purchased it, I did not realize about my choice to get 5% back or 12 months no interest. Only asked if I wanted 5% so I said yes. The next day I went to the store to request the 12 month no interest versus the 5% once I discovered that was a choice. They told me they could not do it until after the refrigerator was delivered. Would Not RecommendI purchased this Frigidaire refrigerator because I have a 22 year old model which is still going strong. Well, the quality and design was no good. Also, even worse, Lowe’s return policy is terrible. Essentially you have 24hrs to return the appliance. That’s no good, and had I noticed that at the time of purchase, I would never have made the purchase. Overall, this appliance sucks as well as Lowe’s return/exchange policy.

Freezer works really great an is really spacious with the drawers and shelves. The ice maker with shelf room beside it is great. Love the size of the ice cubes an plenty of ice.
