Easy to use and just beautiful

I love the Frigidaire performance, the ability to replace the air filter and the ease of performance.

My New Frigidaire Micro Wave

I chose this one because the buttons are on the bottom of the panel, which makes it easier for my wife to use. I love the bright LED lights that shine on the cooktop. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just installed...so far it looks and works well as described. Looks great, and wasn't difficult to install. We're hoping the Sensor Cook feature works as described, as we'll use that function alot if it does. We'll re-evaluate in a few months.

My first over the stove microwave!

Frigidaire Gallery OTR Microwave Great Choice

Three weeks in, and the GMOS1964AFA has been great! We replaced the over the range cool white LEDs with Bober Frigidaire Microwave Warm LED Light Boards. They were $25 each. So, not cheap. But, worth it. Also, the installation instructions included a center top screw, which did not apply any more. I had to call Frigidaire to confirm that, indeed, there was no center screw anymore! NOT a promotional review

Stopped working after two years, calling customer service, they offered us thirty dollars off a higher price microwave than listed on Lowe’s. What a nightmare, avoid this brand.

LOUD! Plate won't seed properly

This unit had high reviews, lot's of talk about how quiet it is. However, the plate does not seed and you have very loud and varying sounds - like the sound of a plate that is not seeded and then like you are going over railroad tracks, then ticking, then the plate scraping against the glass window. I have never heard anything like this in my life. I would not suggest owning this product. I had it replaced and it sounds the same. The installer said this is just what this brand sounds like.

Already Broken

Purchased in January of 2024 and already had quit working. At this price point, I expected more.

Defective Product , was a Nightmare

"I purchased a microwave and installation service as a bundle. Lowe's delivered a defective microwave. They sent a replacement unit that was also defective. Lowe's has agreed to take back the defective microwave and refund the product cost, but is refusing to refund the installation fee. I am disputing the installation fee because the Lowe's failed to provide a working, successfully installed appliance as contracted.
